Chilli peppers, eggs, apples, garden plants, organic produce and meats, traditional pork pies, cheeses, fresh bread, crafts and much, much more – it’s all there on Saturday morning in Lindale, at the place where the family can enjoy a big day out at the market.

Tucked away just a few metres north east of the main Lindale centre building entrance is what has become known the Nature Coast’s mecca for good produce. It’s Sadie’s place – that’s Sadie, the live-wire manager of this great Farmers’ Market.

Sadie has at least 20 stalls here every Saturday, rain, hail or shine. People come from far and wide, especially with families and kids, to enjoy the market and everything else that Lindale has to offer. A favourite idea is to arrive early on Saturday morning so that there’s plenty of time to shop at the Lindale Farmers’ Market, as well as the many other shops at Lindale, give the kids an adventure at the many attractions, then relax over lunch at one of the cafes.

So if you haven’t experienced it already, get on out to Paraparaumu’s Lindale Centre and the Farmers’ Market.
